Fallen Protagonist

FALL.CHAR.FALLEN The principal protagonist is a woman born into the Sky People. She benefited from the existing hierarchy but had already begun recognizing and opposing corruption within the system before the opening events. Her exact name, profession, rank, age, family, and pre-Fall relationships remain OPEN. These should not be invented by a downstream world-system paper. She sneaks aboard an airship for a reason not yet defined. She does not know that it is a secret whaling vessel. She witnesses the harvesting of Air Whales, is discovered, takes protective equipment, and chooses to jump rather than remain in the hands of the whalers. Her Fall is voluntary. The whaling discovery supersedes earlier versions in which she was simply cast down as punishment.
